During this cooking workshop, you will learn step-by-step how to make authentic Hand-Pulled Biang Biang Noodles (La Mian) from scratch, no additives at all. Don't worry if you're new to cooking, as your friendly teacher will be by your side each step of the way. You will find yourself in a small class and spacious shop with air conditioning. Often gets a private class if booking on weekdays.

In this Chinese cooking class, you will learn to:
- Make hand-pulled noodles (La Mian) from scratch. (Challenge our record of 5.1meter)
- Make the Chilli Sauce to go on top of the noodles. And take home the rest of the jar. (Non-spicy option is Spring Onion Oil. Please mention it at booking stage.)
- Cook and present the dish.

By the end of this fun foodie experience, you'll have a finished dish to call your own and dig into. You'll not only walk away with a full belly but also the skills to make this amazing recipe at home.

- For non-spicy taste customers, you can learn to make Spring Onion Oil Noodle. Same delicious and vegan-friendly.

Add-on Classes
- All Add-ons are in the same class. It is to save your time and make the class more fun. Please allow extra time, 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can always contact us before booking to find out more details.
- The smashed cucumber is a very popular vegan salad in add-on.
- Surely you would like to add some drinks to make the class more fun.
- You can also learn how to make extra dishes to serve with your noodles. The class is designed to 100% vegan diet. Some add-on might have meat. Feel free to ask us if you are not sure.
- Festival Special Drinks featuring warm drinks, Butterbeer, Christmas Special Mulled Wine and Hot Chocolate with Rum.

Come along and enjoy a cool, welcoming space with the chance of a private class on quiet weekdays. You'll leave with a brand new Asian cooking skillset and plenty of delicious treats to take home with you!

Important Notes
- Price shows here is for one person. Every one requires a valid ticket in order to stay in the class, regardless whether participants in the class or just taking photos.
- The estimated class duration time is only a reference based on 12 persons in the class. It covers the entire experience, from the minute you arriving until you eating all the food. Don't worry if you need more time. And be proud if you take less time.
- Please do not bring any outside food or beverages.
- This is an adult-only class (18+). For safety reasons, the class is not suitable for pregnant women.
- We have a strict 15-minute lateness policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, your booking will be cancelled without a refund or reschedule.

Refund and Reschedule
- If you need to reschedule, a £50 fee per person applies. The request must be made and the fee paid at least one week prior to your class date.
- If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member (18+). If you want to do this, simply notify us of the new attendee's name.
- The best way you can help the micro business is that, If you cannot attend booked classes, please give it to your friends and family. They will thank you for that as our classes are excellent. They will return the favour to you. It is win-win-win for all.

Came here for the Biang Biang Noodles cooking class and wow, it was a lot more fun than I expected. A fantastic experience with some really interesting food history and commentary from Simon. To top it all off, some very tasty food at the end of it as well! Would highly recommend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved it!!! I had such a wonderful experience with this Lamian class! The instructor was absolutely amazing—so patient, kind, and incredibly skilled. Due to a mishap on my end (I missed his email), he went above and beyond by waiting and holding a private class for me so I wouldn’t show up to an empty venue. That level of care and thoughtfulness really impressed me. The class itself was fun, hands-on, and I learned so much. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Loved this experience, it made an excellent birthday gift. The teachers Hannah and Simon were very attentive and instinctive helpers. They were very knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning about the cultural and historical influences of the dish we were making. The cocktails are delicious and look exactly like the pictures :)
