During this cooking workshop, you will learn step-by-step how to make authentic Hand-Pulled Biang Biang Noodles (La Mian) from scratch, no additives at all. Don't worry if you're new to cooking, as your friendly teacher will be by your side each step of the way. You will find yourself in a small class and spacious shop with air conditioning. Often gets a private class if booking on weekdays.

In this Chinese cooking class, you will learn to:
- Make hand-pulled noodles (La Mian) from scratch. (Challenge our record of 5.1meter)
- Make the Chilli Sauce to go on top of the noodles. And take home the rest of the jar. (Non-spicy option is Spring Onion Oil. Please mention it at booking stage.)
- Cook and present the dish.

By the end of this fun foodie experience, you'll have a finished dish to call your own and dig into. You'll not only walk away with a full belly but also the skills to make this amazing recipe at home.

Allergy Information

- Soy is used in many steps and can be found in the chilli sauce and soy sauce.

- For non-spicy taste customers, you can learn to make Spring Onion Oil Noodle. Same delicious and vegan-friendly.

Add-on Classes
- All Add-ons are in the same class. It is to save your time and make the class more fun. Please allow extra time, 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can always contact us before booking to find out more details.
- The smashed cucumber is a very popular vegan salad in add-on.
- Surely you would like to add some drinks to make the class more fun.
- You can also learn how to make extra dishes to serve with your noodles. The class is designed to 100% vegan diet. Some add-on might have meat. Feel free to ask us if you are not sure.
- Festival Special Drinks featuring warm drinks, Butterbeer, Christmas Special Mulled Wine and Hot Chocolate with Rum.

Come along and enjoy a cool, welcoming space with the chance of a private class on quiet weekdays. You'll leave with a brand new Asian cooking skillset and plenty of delicious treats to take home with you!

Important Notes
- Price shows here is for one person. Every one requires a valid ticket in order to stay in the class, regardless whether participants in the class or just taking photos.
- The estimated class duration time is only a reference based on 12 persons in the class. It covers the entire experience, from the minute you arriving until you eating all the food. Don't worry if you need more time. And be proud if you take less time.
- Please do not bring any outside food or beverages.
- This is an adult-only class (18+). For safety reasons, the class is not suitable for pregnant women.
- We have a strict 15-minute lateness policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, your booking will be cancelled without a refund or reschedule.

Refund and Reschedule
- If you need to reschedule, a £50 fee per person applies. The request must be made and the fee paid at least one week prior to your class date.
- If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member (18+). If you want to do this, simply notify us of the new attendee's name.
- The best way you can help the micro business is that, If you cannot attend booked classes, please give it to your friends and family. They will thank you for that as our classes are excellent. They will return the favour to you. It is win-win-win for all.

It was so much fun!! Really easy to set up and such a great classroom! Simon and hanna fantastic teachers who not only taught us about how to make the dish but the history of it as well. Such a fun and easy going environment. Also the cocktails were so good!!

Simon and Hanna are great teachers and very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the cooking class very much and leaned alot about technical skills, as well as Chinese culinary traditions. I highly recommend the class to anyone looking for a welcoming and laid back cooking experience. Of course eating the food at the end was a lovely end to the class! I took home a jar of chili oil to use in my own cooking later.

What a great class! Hanna and Simon were both excellent, really friendly and taught us some handy knife skills and interesting facts about the culinary history of China along the way. We were guided through every step with lots of supervision and advice, so I think this would be the perfect class for those who would like to build more confidence in the kitchen. Our finished dishes were DELICIOUS and stretching the noodles was so fun!

Simon and Hanna were wonderful teachers, who not only taught us in detail in a friendly and informative manner, but shared lots of background information when we asked about Chinese cuisine and culture. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience as they took us through step by step - we learnt so much and are so excited to cook these dishes at home (and enjoy the plentiful food we took home!).
