It was truly a great experience! We learnt lots from Susan who packed a lot of info in just one day but showed us very well how to use the machine with different stitches and techniques (like a buttonhole) and even how to use a pattern. I thought it was going to be very taunting as I had never used a sewing maching before nor even done anything by hand. But Susan guided us through everything and all girls did pretty well! She gave us lots of recommendations too on how to continue (ready to make a skirt!) and the studio was very comfy. It was a relaxing productive and great overall learning experience! I couldn't recommend it more, even if you think sewing may not be for you this class may change your mind.

Susan is an absolutely fantastic sewing educator! I really appreciate how she structured the program to cover as much as possible in just one day. The skills I’ve learned from Susan strike a perfect balance between knowledge for amateurs and professionals. It’s invaluable for me to now be able to practically apply a variety of sewing techniques and machine adjustment know-how with great flexibility. Thank you so much, Susan!
