“Simon & Hanna were fantastic teachers and we thoroughly enjoyed our sushi class. It was really interesting learning about the history of sushi and how it's evolved into what we all know and love today.
All the ingredients and materials were provided so as long as you turn up and are prepared to learn you'll have a great time. We were all really proud of what we created and it was a lot simpler than we thought it was going to be. It's definitely something you can recreate at home to wow your guests at a dinner party.
Simon was really funny and has a great sense of humour. The class went way faster than we thought which goes to show how enjoyable it was.

“I booked the beginner sushi class for me and my children. The location is nice and private, Simon and Hanna were very welcoming and they instantly put us at ease. We learned so many details about the history of sushi and this translated in making us better understand the reason for the techniques that we learned during the class. And the result at the end of the lesson were two very tasty sushi rolls (a total of 16 pieces) that you can either take away or taste there (as we did). To be recommended”
