Simon and Hanna were absolutely phenomenal! They were so knowledgeable and taught us all about the origins and how sushi making has changed over the thousands of years with influence from didn’t countries and how it’s also stayed the same! Everything is provide just being a container if you want to take some sushi home, you make a lot so definitely a good idea! Learnt everything about how to add the rice and fillings to how to roll properly to how to cut it without squishing it! Honestly one of the best cooking experiences I’ve had (and that’s saying something as I am an avid cooking class attender) so nice to do this with my brother who has started to love cooking and share the experience with him, both Simon and Hanna are so lovely and easy to get on with really makes the whole experience! It’s amazing value for money! Definitely booking in for the noodle class next! Thank you thank you thank you
