Hanna and Simon were so friendly and not only made sushi making fun, but also interesting as they were able to answer any questions we had in great detail, as well as drop some fun facts along the way. “We learnt lots about the history of sushi and why it's called maki and the changes and transformations along the years. Ahhh, and we learnt about wasabi too.
Hannah and Simon showed us how to make the perfect sushi and the technique with the knife to cut it perfectly. They answered all our questions and were very involved with us, making sure we learn the basics.
Coctels were delicious.
