Add-On Options
All add-ons are in the same session, making your experience convenient and more fun. Extra time may be 30–60 minutes depending on the add-on. Some may require early arrival:
- Spring Onion Buns – expand your flavors (extra 30 minutes)
- Xiao Long Bao – mini steamed buns with soup inside, classic dim sum skill (extra 1 hour)
- Hands-on dough kneading or filling preparation

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with three homemade Asian-style buns and the skills to make more at home. Perfect for parties, gifts, or simply treating yourself!

No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another adult (18+). Please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s name.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your booking, a £50 fee per person applies. Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled class date.
Arrival & Punctuality
Classes begin promptly. A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, we may not be able to admit you and your booking will be forfeited.
Health & Safety Policy
- For the safety of all guests and in line with UK food hygiene guidance, anyone experiencing vomiting, diarrhoea, or similar symptoms must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending the class
- Guests may be asked to confirm this upon arrival
- We reserve the right to refuse entry if this requirement is not met

Very enjoyable and informative class. The hosts were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They showed me how to make 3 delicious dumplings which I ate at the end of the class with their delicious homemade pickles and chilli oil. Will definitely come back from another of their many classes.

The class was super fun, well-organized, and we learned so much about making different types of buns—from the dough to the fillings, everything was hands-on and easy to follow. Amazing afternoon with Simon and Hanna, to celebrate a 50th Birthday and we now have great memoried!! We made three types of buns, whcih were all delicious, and they also catered for 3 vegans in the group. If you want a fun a memorable day out with friends/family, get it booked!!
