Steamed buns and pan-fried buns have a long history in Chinese dim sum culture, and in this class, you’ll master tasty fillings and intricate bun-wrapping techniques that will impress your friends and family.

Add-On Options
All add-ons are in the same session, making your experience convenient and more fun. Extra time may be 30–60 minutes depending on the add-on. Some may require early arrival:
- Spring Onion Buns – expand your flavors (extra 30 minutes)
- Xiao Long Bao – mini steamed buns with soup inside, classic dim sum skill (extra 1 hour)
- Hands-on dough kneading or filling preparation

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with three homemade Asian-style buns and the skills to make more at home. Perfect for parties, gifts, or simply treating yourself!

- Price is per person. Each attendee must hold a valid ticket.

- Class duration is an estimate and may vary depending on group size.
No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another adult (18+). Please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s name.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your booking, a £50 fee per person applies. Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled class date.
Arrival & Punctuality
Classes begin promptly. A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, we may not be able to admit you and your booking will be forfeited.
Health & Safety Policy
- For the safety of all guests and in line with UK food hygiene guidance, anyone experiencing vomiting, diarrhoea, or similar symptoms must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending the class
- Guests may be asked to confirm this upon arrival
- We reserve the right to refuse entry if this requirement is not met

I was bought this as a Christmas present and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I went with my partner, very easy to find, teachers were helpful and easy going. We made three different types of buns, was taught the history of the buns, learnt about Chinese, Korean and Japanese food. Made enough to take home and have the next day. Huge thank you to Simon and Hannah who hosted us, was great and we would love to go back and try one of the other courses

Have the luck of have the class for myself. The teachers were so nice with me , they took time to explain the steps making sure I was understanding how to do it. Will probably book a different course with them soon as it was so fun .

I recently attended a cooking class taught by Simon and Hanna, and it was great! They provided a perfect blend of instruction and hands-on experience that made the class both enjoyable and educational.
