“It was a great lesson even for a total beginner like me. The teacher is nice and kind, and the instructions are precise and easy to understand. I became more interested in the world of coffee after taking the lesson. We learned about the differences in coffee beans, types of coffee such as cappuccino, latte, flat white, and magic, how to prepare milk, create latte art, and clean the machine. It was a really good lesson.”
“I had a lovely experience at the beginners class where Angie, our teacher taught us from the basics of coffee making. She is enthusiastic and energetic on what she does. She covered some theory lessons including history of coffee, coffee varieties, coffee menus, and about the Melbourne coffee culture. It is the ideal place for s beginner barista to practice coffee. We got the chance to practice with the grinder and coffee machine. We had our own space in doing it and she guided us. I enjoyed every bit of it. I’m glad that I chose this class and I’d definitely go to the intermediate class to get more skills. It was worth for money.”
“This class is great for beginners! It's a mix of coffee theory and hands-on practice. The teacher knows her stuff! You will leave the class wanting to take another.”
“Had great fun learning the nuances of making different coffees and an appreciation for the work that goes into making each one unique and perfect each time.
Really appreciated the guidance on technique and made some good looking coffee by the end”
