“Gavin, our teacher, was lovely and even brought in his dog, who was well-loved and well-behaved throughout the session. Everything is provided (the email stated you can bring your own vessel which was confusing, but they actually provide a good selection so you don’t have to worry!) and you just get right into things and take home your masterpiece with clear instructions on keeping your bonzai alive.”

Our teacher, Gavin, took us through the process of repotting a bonsai: loosening the root ball to remove the old soil, trimming the roots and then trimming and reshaping the plant before placing it into its new pot. He also provided us with info on how to care for our bonsai. Very comprehensive and I was very pleased with my first bonsai!”
