I really enjoyed this class. Our teacher, Gavin, took us through the process of repotting a bonsai: loosening the root ball to remove the old soil, trimming the roots and then trimming and reshaping the plant before placing it into its new pot. He also provided us with info on how to care for our bonsai. Very comprehensive and I was very pleased with my first bonsai!

Great class but would have preferred a choice with the bonsai plant. Looks more like a tree branch than bonsai plant. Fantastic plant store and teacher though.

Wow, it is so intense and yet so calming all at once, and the end result was beautiful. I really look forward to nurturing my tree and watching it grow slowly, and enjoying the calm it brings in the work. Wonderful.

The perfect class for Bonsai beginners, we had so much fun. Very straightforward, the process was simple and we left feeling confident that we have the knowledge to care for the plant going forward, and excited to try our hand at making more Bonsai at home and experimenting with different designs. We are looking forward to seeing how our vision comes to life!
