“Joel was a great teacher. Going through details and answering any questions that arose during the process. He demonstrated the techniques and the. Was on hand to assist if anyone required it.
We learnt how to make the dough, laminate the butter through the dough and fold it. And then made danishes and croissants.
We had a lovely pizza for lunch and got to toast some yummy palmiers made from the puff pastry Joel made.
The class is great value for money and everyone went home with two boxes of goodies, if not more.
10/10 would recommend it if you want to learn to make croissants”
