“Chef Joel was easy and fun to talk to. He made French Croissant baking look easy while thoroughly discussing the step-by-step process. Being from Western Sydney, the venue was a bit far but I would say it was worth the trip. Everything was provided so you don't have to bring anything. We were even able to take home all the bread we made plus a dough we could use again to create more bread after the class. We would definitely consider his other classes in the future.”
