Chef went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome, and was able to entertain us all with his presence, stories and knowledge for the entirety of the 5+ hour class. I left the kitchen, not only with boxes of delicious pastries, but also a new skill I look forward to extended further and an experience I enjoyed immensely”
