“Amazing experience! We had so much fun throughout the 6 hours workshop making pastries from the scratch! It was very engaging and we learnt a lot of tips and tricks from our experienced French chef Joel. The pastries were delicious and we took home 4 full boxes to share with friends and family. I highly recommend this class and we will definitely do it again to try out other recipes and variations of this wonderful workshop.”

We got to try palmiers and his pastry cream during the day (both absolutely divine!!) and he even shared the recipes.
