The teacher was amazing - chef was captivating and his energy was fun. The class was easy to follow and we were guided without pressure. Would recommend this class for beginners like myself. Wouldn't hesitate to do this again.

Great pastry making class on Sunday. I took my 12 year old (a little foodie) and we both thoroughly enjoyed the class, the 5 hours flew. Made delicious, fresh, flaky croissants and danishes. My son has already started baking more at home with our take- home dough. Definitely recommend Joel, he's enthusiastic, knowledgeable and has an obvious great passion for all things pastry.

This class was a xmas present from my husband. I had a wonderful day. Great teacher. Great environment. I cant believe I was able to make these . Highly recommend this class. Will be looking forward to doing more classes.

A truly amazing class! Joel is a great teacher with many years of experience. The class had a good pace, thorough explanation and Joel guides you through everything so even if you don’t have any experience it’s you’ll still be able to create masterpieces. Best of all, you come out with 2 boxes of amazing pastries at the end of the class. Truly recommend this class for anyone who loves backing!

I really love this class. Joel is a really good teacher. He shared a lot of information until i don’t have to really give him a question about the class anymore. I got a lot of croissant back home, even i got some dough that i made in class to make it at home. Very reccomended.

Great course, an enjoyable experience. Chef Joel Barda has a lot of experience and was very informative. Technique and instructions were exolained well . I picked up many tips and am inspired to keep practising and learning. Unfortunately, I am having trouble uploading photos from my device to show what we made.
