“This was a brilliant learning & eating experience! Joel is a great teacher - patient, passionate, describes technical details very clearly - and the products were of great quality. You will take home many of your own croissants and pastries so make sure you have a plan what to do with them (ie invite people over to share). We highly recommend this class.”
