“I purchased this class for my daughter as a birthday gift for us to do together (after a previously unsuccessful at home attempt to make croissants many years ago).
Joel was fantastic, patient and very knowledgeable about all things pastry! His explanation and process of how to fold and roll dough to make some very delicious, crispy and flaky croissants was amazing. The 5 1/2 hours went so quickly and we learnt so much. We enjoyed some croissants and fruit pastries with cups of coffee and tea and took some home for my family and friends to enjoy. The whole experience was well worth the value!”
