Don’t hesitate to book this class! We had an incredible day full of fun. Lots of hands on opportunities and two boxes of pastries to take home to share with family and friends at the end of a long days work. Joel was personable and imparted a lot of knowledge and skills to us to enable us to make it again at home. Thank you for a great experience!

The pastries learnt today have given myself a fulfilled, proud and additional knowledge to the origins of French culture. Excellent class! We learned the art and technique of making croissants. Joel Barda is a French, Cordon Bleu pastry chef and was very passionate and engaging. My whole went and we all enjoyed the class. I would highly recommend top others who like or are interested in baking.

A wonderful day spent learning from Joel, Le Marais bakery. Sensational croissants and wonderful Danish pastries. So delicious. I highly recommend a day spent with Joel who is passionate with what he creates

Had so much fun learning how to make croissants and danish pastries . Joel is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this class.
