“Had the best time at Joel’s croissant class! He made a super long day feel really fun and engaging, and I learnt so much about the art of croissant making (lamination is no joke ). We got to try palmiers and his pastry cream during the day (both absolutely divine!!) and he even shared the recipes. Left with full hands, a happy stomach, and a whole new appreciation for this craft. Highly recommend this class - it’s very fun with friends.”

I had no experience with pastry before but the class was really easy to follow and great fun. You get to take away boxes of pastries and croissants, plus extra dough to make your own at home later.
