Hands‑on practice – Working side‑by‑side with you and the other participants allowed us to correct techniques in real time.
Supportive atmosphere – Chef Joel patience in answering every question and the encouraging feedback created a relaxed environment where even a nervous novice could feel confident.
The croissants we made were simply phenomenal. Each bite delivered that perfect combination of a crisp, golden exterior and a tender, airy interior- exactly what one expects from a traditional Parisian Chef as a teacher. I’ve already baked a few batches at home, and thanks to the skills I learned, they turned out just as flaky and buttery as the ones we left with.
