I attended with my Dad and we learned many things and created very delicious ramen with Dekura-san's instructions.
The school is well located with a very nice commercial kitchen.

“A great way to spend Sunday lunch. Chef Hideo taught us all about how to make the broth and best ingredients to use to replicate at home. Lots of fun making our noodles especially when we kneaded the dough with our feet - can’t wait to teach the grandkids how to make noodles this way”
