“This was a great experience. Our teacher was very clear with instructions and helpful when it came to the hands on section.
Bubbles were a great addition of course.
I think I must have overworked my cheese as the Bocconcini is very firm but great flavor so it’s just practice. Same with the Burrata but the filling was yum.
Overall a fun experience I shared with my daughters and we learned how to make cheese. What’s not to like?”
“Such a fun and delicious experience! ✨
The bocconcini and burrata making class was hands-on, relaxed, and way more satisfying than I expected. From stretching warm, silky mozzarella to cutting open fresh burrata and watching that creamy center spill out (wow ), every step felt a little bit magical.
The instructor was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to follow—even for beginners. Great vibes, lots of laughs, and of course plenty of tasting along the way. I walked out feeling proud, very full, and newly obsessed with fresh cheese.
If you love cheese (or just love trying something new), this class is an absolute must. I’d 100% do it again—and bring friends next time!”
“True on the bottomless bubbles, and it was fun making the cheeses. However, it was more a science lecture for majority of the class, and the cheese was not very tasty. But good for first dates or work socials.”
