“Good but could be better. I would include some advice on parking since we had a har dtime infinding a place to park/ Scond break the making into two set. We got a nice background into how to make the curd tha twas well paced and the thenn rush through through what we were to do so that we had to remember a lot once we got started. Better to pick up the pace of the first bit and then do the making bit in two stages, boocinii and mozeralla and then second stage for the burrata. Was rushed once we got started, our active bit and then the end when we figured out how to keep what we had made.”
“We really enjoyed the cheese making class! The teacher was very bubbly and made the experience even better. Also, a great amount of cheese made!
The only thing is there was a lot of people in the class so there wasn’t enough instructors to go around and help as much which made it more difficult to learn if you were or weren’t doing the right thing. Also, the process of the teacher doing everything first was good so you saw the whole process but I would’ve liked them they went through the whole process again as everyone follows along step by step.”
“Fun and insightful morning!
Knowledge combined with bubbles is the best way of learning on the weekend.
The teacher and team was acknowledged, attentive and gracious.
I left with a bag of delicious cheese and a box containing the secrets.”
