“The class was great as was Parsati, the instructor. We made 2 different styles of dumplings, one fried and one steamed. We put all of the ingredients together, mixed them up and the stuffed and folded the dumplings. She made a couple of dipping sauces while we were making the dumplings and a soup. Then we cooked the dumplings and ate them. They were very delicious and we had a lot of fun throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this class to everyone. No more going out for dumplings cause I can make them myself and they taste even better.”
