Welcoming us into her home, Chef Parsati made us comfortable by providing us with house slippers, aprons, water, orange juice, and snacks!
Chef Parsati already prepped the materials for us, and all we had left to do was to assemble the ingredients, add spices, and fold the dumplings. We made three kinds of dumplings: 2 vegetable ones and 1 chicken. We learned the best practices for preparing these dumplings, great alternatives for ingredients, and how to make the most of our ingredients. Having mastering culinary and living across Europe and Japan, Chef Parsati has a lot of knowledge to share. The food was colorful, aromatic, and very flavorful.

“This class was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Chef Parsati is kind, friendly, well traveled, and knowledgable. As she taught us to make dumplings, we laughed, shared stories, and discussed the nuances of food and cooking. We finished our class by eating the dumplings we made and they were delicious! We made pan fried and steamed dumplings. Chef Parsati had everything prepped so we didn't waste time and dove right in.
