Amazing Jain Dumpling Making class with Chef Paro! Chef Paro was extremely friendly, flexible, accommodating, and quick to respond. She set up a private class for me and my friends, and even curated the recipe so it would be Jain-friendly (no eggs and no roots like onion, garlic, etc.). The food made was delicious, and I will definitely be back for another class. Would highly recommend! Very appreciative of the high level of personalization and effort she put into her class.

Fun night out learning how to make two kinds of dumplings. Flavors were excellent for both the vegan and meat dumplings. It was a nice small group with a very personable and knowledgeable instructor.

I didn't know what to expect going into the class but it was so fun! She is an excellent teacher and it was such a fun activity.

In this class we learned how to make a sauce, made two kinds of filling and learned to kinds of techniques; both steamed and fried dumplings. The teacher was very helpful, answered all our questions and created a great environment

I had a great time learning and making the dumplings! The instructor was so friendly and cordial, made it easy to learn, and the dumplings—both vegan and chicken—turned out absolutely delicious and I was very full from eating them.
