“Chef Eddie was a great teacher and guide throughout the Dumpling Dinner Party. He cultivated a warm and welcoming atmosphere and gave a great introduction that helped teach us the differences between soy sauces and different tastes. He taught us how to fold dumplings, braise pork belly, and host our own dinner party. We appreciated the small group size, as we got to know the other people in the group. It was a very hands-on experience, and Eddie was a wonderful guide throughout the night. We would highly recommend people take this class if they want to learn more about Asian cuisine and flavor while trying their hand at making dumplings.”
