“Eddie was the perfect host for this evening. A true chef, Eddie guided us through the experience, making sure we were learning at our own pace yet never falling behind. At the end we ate the dumplings communally to sample the variations we all introduced in the process.

Eddie was an excellent teacher and shared food traditions and cultural significance as related to the lunar New Year. Eddie was easy to learn from and encouraging. Perfectly paced. The venue was tidy, calm, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We loved sharing our delicious handmade meal together!”
