“Eddie was the perfect host for this evening. A true chef, Eddie guided us through the experience, making sure we were learning at our own pace yet never falling behind. At the end we ate the dumplings communally to sample the variations we all introduced in the process.
The dumplings are followed by two more courses to round out the meal and provide more context to the cultural.meaning behind tonight's foods.

“We took Eddie's class as part of an arts & culture immersion National Art Honor Society high school field trip to San Francisco partly to partake in the end of the Chinese New Year final celebrations. Eddie was an excellent teacher and shared food traditions and cultural significance as related to the lunar New Year. Eddie was easy to learn from and encouraging. Perfectly paced. “Eddie was an excellent host an instructor. He was very hands-on and patient teaching each of us how to complete the dumplings correctly. There was plenty of food. And he had a really cool set up or he was demonstrating on a camera and displaying it on a big screen TV so we could see the bleeding from all angles. Highly recommend!”
