Making and rolling the dough was a lot of fun, while preparing the filling and sealing the dumplings proved more challenging. Thanks to Eddie’s help and thoughtful tips, I saw a huge improvement by the time I reached my tenth dumpling. Creating our own customized dipping sauce was the perfect finishing touch and added even more to an already memorable experience.”
