“We took Eddie's class as part of an arts & culture immersion National Art Honor Society high school field trip to San Francisco partly to partake in the end of the Chinese New Year final celebrations. Eddie was an excellent teacher and shared food traditions and cultural significance as related to the lunar New Year. Eddie was easy to learn from and encouraging. Perfectly paced. The venue was tidy, calm, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We loved sharing our delicious handmade meal together!”

“Eddie was an excellent host an instructor. He was very hands-on and patient teaching each of us how to complete the dumplings correctly. There was plenty of food. And he had a really cool set up or he was demonstrating on a camera and displaying it on a big screen TV so we could see the bleeding from all angles. Highly recommend!”
“Chef Eddie was a great teacher and guide throughout the Dumpling Dinner Party. He cultivated a warm and welcoming atmosphere and gave a great introduction that helped teach us the differences between soy sauces and different tastes. He taught us how to fold dumplings, braise pork belly, and host our own dinner party. We appreciated the small group size, as we got to know the other people in the group. It was a very hands-on experience, and Eddie was a wonderful guide throughout the night. We would highly recommend people take this class if they want to learn more about Asian cuisine and flavor while trying their hand at making dumplings.”
