“This is an amazing class for anyone who wants to pick up on new cooking skills and taste some incredible food. Chef Eddie was a great teacher and had great hands on approach to help guide everyone throughout the process. He was very encouraging, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He also taught us a lot about different soy sauces and how each method of making soy sauce brings different complexities to their flavor profiles! And after putting what we learned to practice, the best reward at the end was being able to eat our dumplings along with two other delicious courses prepared by Chef Eddie! 10/10 experience”
