“KNOW THE RETURN POLICY!! The unit can be returned UNUSED within 14 days. The problem is that one has no idea how, much less whether, it works. The brochure was worthless. Customer Support steered me to a 15 minute YouTube video of a fumbling attempt at demonstrating how to use it. After many attempts, and I’m no stranger, the unit remains disappointing. Caveat emptor.”
