But after having this thing for a bit. I'm all over it!!!!! The flower chamber works great!!!!! Just like the 3 bears. It's not to hot, it's not to cold. It's just right. Way to go guys!!!! Now, I must admit, I played with the extract chamber. And folks, I'm hear to tell you. It's the next best thing to sliced bread!!!! Oh, the flavor. The ease of use. And so simple to clean too. The people at Cloudious 9 put lot of thought into this product. I know it sounds to good to be true, but it is. And last but not least. They have an outstanding Customer Service department. “Great product! I use it for dry herbs and every time it feels like a clean hit. With the different heating levels, I can taste the herbs (purple and below) or if I want a harder hit, I use the Red or white level. A couple of things, I wish the chamber was bigger, it's only 3 hits and you can only taste it on the first hit. The manual needs to be updated for the new NX version. Otherwise, it's a great product, my friends enjoy it. I smoke in the living room and it barely smells. I use a diffuser which keeps the air clean.”
