“Love having both portable and smokeable herb without combustion. Found the battery needs frequent recharging, but I see it similar to a cell phone that needs to be charged nightly and its nothing more than a minor inconvieience for the greater luxury. I haven't needed to clean it yet, so I cant comment on that, but otherwise so far I feel it's worth its price tag and it meets its marketed expectations. My only regret is not getting one sooner!”

“KNOW THE RETURN POLICY!! The unit can be returned UNUSED within 14 days. The problem is that one has no idea how, much less whether, it works. The brochure was worthless. Customer Support steered me to a 15 minute YouTube video of a fumbling attempt at demonstrating how to use it. After many attempts, and I’m no stranger, the unit remains disappointing. Caveat emptor.”
