“Great product! I use it for dry herbs and every time it feels like a clean hit. With the different heating levels, I can taste the herbs (purple and below) or if I want a harder hit, I use the Red or white level. A couple of things, I wish the chamber was bigger, it's only 3 hits and you can only taste it on the first hit. The manual needs to be updated for the new NX version. Otherwise, it's a great product, my friends enjoy it. I smoke in the living room and it barely smells. I use a diffuser which keeps the air clean.”
“Well, this is my third one the first one I have still works. It’s just the original one. The seal had leaked and damaged it they sent me a new bass and everything great customer service I bought the second one which is the new style because I liked it better than the reason I bought the third one is because it came in black and I thought it looked cool as shit, thanks guys keep up the good Production”
