“extremely dissatisfied with online store order ordered four cans each can delivered was dented each can was dented in a different place did not order dented cans was not informed dented cans would be delivered was not asked if i wanted dented cans was not given a choice cbtl emailed an apology but neither compensation nor resolution wrote they hoped i would order in the future will not order again will not step into storefront never again”

“Special Dutch Chocolate has been a favorite since I had it at a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf store in Redondo Beach, California in 1998? Can't remeber the date, but I remember I loveed the drink and was overjoyed I could buy the powder and take to my home, far from a CBTL Shop. I have been ordering it ever since.”

“Being from San Diego and moving to the Midwest, there are many things to miss and the Bean is one of them. I love that I can buy the powder online and make myself a drink. I enjoy it so much, from hot humid months to snowy days. I'm happy with all of my purchases, it's shipped quickly. Only problem is, my Midwest born grandkids (all teenagers) now love it and ask for it whenever they visit.”
