“We have been buying powder every summer for over 20 years. This year we cut back due to the extraordinary price increase from $12.95 to $19.95, a 54% increase. $14.95 or $15.95 seemed reasonable. A price increase over $20.00 per canister will definitely make your product too expensive for us in the future. Love the product - hate the price.”

“The Special Dutch Chocolate Powder is a must have to make Ice Blended Mochas at home. As a former LA resident now living on the east coast, we have relied on the powder to make our favorite frozen beverages for - not kidding - decades. Unfortunately the price has gone up ALOT in the last year, which is why I've knocked it down a star. I understand inflation, but a 50% increase in one year seems excessive.”

“Very frustrated ordering process. I placed my order and then needed to cancel 2 days prior to shipping. The website has NO option to cancel, the email was a no reply email (I tried anyways) and the website had no option for contacting the company. The one phone number I located on Google led me to a voice that says due to covid we are not staffing the phone line... This is June 2023. More googling found similar complaints of no customer service for online orders. I had planned to follow up and continue to order for years but this was an unnecessarily frustrated process.”
