“Love the coffee from this machine. In the past we had a Veríssimo, Starbucks Coffee maker. And use the coffee Bean and tea leaf pods. Worked great! When it was time to buy a new one. We chose coffee Bean and tea leaf single serve coffee maker. The only thing that I would like on this machine. It’s an automatic off button.”

“Good little coffee maker. Lone issue is what to do if the plastic water holder is cracked - can they send that part to you? Have to inspect machine upon getting it due to cracks in the water holder due to shipping.”

“My first CBTL was defective but the replacement was swift and this one is great. Getting through to CBTL was challenging without the option to speak to anyone but after several emails it was a success. Using Covid as a reason for slow response is wearing thin - hire more people!”

“We love the CBTL Coffee Brewer. The coffee tastes far superior to other at-home brewers (which we have sampled over the years). Making coffee is easy and readjusting the water to get the perfect brew also is simple. If you follow the instructions, descaling is cumbersome, but not too difficult to do. So far we have purchased three machines since they only last for about two years (this is the only reason I gave this machine a 4-star rating). I still highly recommend purchasing this brewer since you will never be disappointed by the perfect cup of espresso, coffee, or tea you brew.”
