4.1 Rating 154 Reviews
The pellet stove is working great , replaced starter, burn pot, vacuumed out pellet feeder storage. ( a lot of dust ,small particles from pellets) (Use a screen bucket to remove dust and small particles before filling pellet feeder storage) Really happy with performance, don’t have to turn whole house natural gas heater on. Utility company sent letter stating I’m using less Energy than the most efficient homes

The ring around the igniter wasn't centered and one of the spot welds didn't penetrate the ring side. Additionally, the edges of all the air holes were sharp and some had protruding sharp points. Suggest that the edges of the holes be chamfered to eliminate heat risers and fracturing that will follow.

Well in the past I have bought two other burn pots, both worked perfectly, recieved this new pot, installed it and after 20 min the pellets over filled it with out lighting, took it out put old pot back in and it lit in less than 5 min, tried the new pot again with the same results still not lighting, can light it manually and it works fine. I have called several times and can't seem to get ahold of anyone, so I just put the pot behind the stove, and when my old one fails I will just repair it again. For the last 5 years service has been easy and great until this time.
