“The pot should be made a little bigger. There is a significant gap between the burn pot and the bricks where as the original pot sat almost right against the bricks.”
“Honestly, my original burn pot is cracked but still holds it's integrity so I haven't installed the new one...in the wings. But I will tell you that this company backs up their product and has real time advice when you need it. I had an electronic piece that failed last season and the tech talked me through removing the part, bypassing the part to keep the stove working and had the new part to me in two days! “It does its job well, but has a problem with cracking near the igniter port especially with high heat softwood pellets. Gone through 2 pot in 2 burning seasons due to cracking, may have to invest in the stainless version soon”
