This is a replacement for our 5 year old burn pot .. the pellet stove was purchased brand new...so why would the original burn pot have cracked? Will be keeping an eye on this one...

I’ve always praised and referred everyone to Comfortbilt for years-unmatched customer service and support TILL THIS YEAR-ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The first burn pot wasn’t sent for 2 weeks, they argued my warranty and still do!, even though it’s in the system. I get the burn pot and open the box to notice a huge chunk of it broken off. Now, the kicker is that the broken piece isn’t in the box which lets me know that it was shipped knowingly that way. Customer service ships another after finally getting someone on the phone (it literally took 3 weeks to talk to someone!). The excuses are just that, “we’re just too busy till April since we have so many customers now and can no longer take phone calls during the season”. It’s literally single digit weather (negative at times) and we’ve got $4/$5k tied up (chimney liner, stove install, and product) in this stove that hasn’t ran A SINGLE SEASON WITHOUT A PROBLEM that’s left us freezing-shroud bent in half shipping, main electric board burned 2nd season, lid switch next season along with air pressure switch constant adjusting, and last year Auger (they have a solution but wait on failure, and now this year burn pot (again- have a solution but wait for failure like bearing seals and igniter). Social media used to be decent for support until (Jordan Hardwick) decided one evening it too was overwhelming and just started banning/deleting post for help and going on a spew-but nope, can’t post any tech manuals or useful items like feed rates because it just might let the consumer get through the problem without stroking his ego. It just looks like they got too big, too fast and let their loyal customers treading for water IMO. Waiting on the next catastrophic failure (probably next season) and going in a different direction away from Comfortbilt.

This burn pot does not fit my Pellet Stove. Despite the fact I have an HP22. The back of it is different than the one I’ve had before. I have tried to get in contact with someone at ComfortBilt and I’m not getting any responses. Pretty disappointed.

The burn pot is great. My stove was not well tuned, and chewed through one in 1 year, and now that I have it running better, It's lasting quite a bit longer so far. I'll definitely buy one again...
