“Old burn pot cracked in 3 places and did not want to work anymore so chatted with techs and they recommended a new burn pot, so ordered it was here in the next few days and worked out fine, stove is up and running again and those techs really know their business.”

The 1st order I placed never received the right items BUT I spoke with Tyler R and he went above and beyond to help me get what I ordered, cause my stove is my ONLY heat source. The stove is definetly a quality product, just wish you had more service people to work on if need be, they install but no tech's.”
