“We have had the HP22 for approx. 4 years and absolutely love it. Since we got it we have not used our central heat one time. The burn pots are fair unless you purchase the stainless steel one, which I haven't due to the price. I purchase 2 of the cast pots at once as they have a habit of cracking, but 2 of them are still cheaper that one stainless steel. I would highly recommened this company to anyone looking for a pellet stove.”
“I have been through several pots since the original cracked on the bottom and eventually broke apart. I tried cheaper ones from amazon and event bite the bullet and got a stainles steel version from a stove parts house. None fit correctly and the stove ran like crap. This pot directly from comfortbilt fit like a dream and the stove now runs as it should. It has been about a half a season and I have seen little wear/decay or whatever you want to call it so we will see about longevity but for now I and super pleased and will continue to by my replacement burnpots directly from Comfortbilt.”
