“Purchased Oct 2019 and run it almost nonstop Dec1-Apr15; about 7-ton per year. As of 1/24 have only needed to replace the burn pot once after 4 seasons. It’s been very dependable, but always keep the tube cleaner handle in the out position. Would like to see a 65-70k btu model in the future.”
