“It's a very well built piece of equipment, that not only exceeded my expectations but also looks nice. I've been pleasantly surprised that even on the low setting it's kept my two and a half story, 3,000 sq/ft house warm. I got it to help reduce the oil cost living in the northeast, but it's almost eliminated it. It was 19° this morning and the oil only kicked on once in the past 2 hours. I got way more than I ever expected, and hooking it up was simple”
“We have not even had it for two years and the auger often squeals a high pitched, unbearable noise. It doesn't get all that warm, even on the highest setting. The door to the pellet storage area is quite small. The ash pan is very small and spills ash behind it. The area the removable fire box sits in has no ash cleaning ports, so you must scoop the ash or vacuum out. It started squealing again as I write this. The beeps are very loud on the control panel. Not much good I can say about this stove.”

“We were one of only two unfortunate customers of Comfortbilt that experienced a fire in the pellet storage bin of our stove in 2021. It took place during the middle of the night in a 20-30 year ice storm in the PNW. It was a terrible event that my family and I will never forget. At first glance, a person would expect that we would never want another Comfortbilt Stove in our house. However, nothing could be further from the truth. I contacted their customer service department the following day with ease, one simple phone call and they have taken care of us like a mother does her new born baby. They replaced our stove without question, shipping, the whole nine yards. Their Customer Service and Technical Departments are second to none, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, a true breath of fresh air.
