We have not even had it for two years and the auger often squeals a high pitched, unbearable noise. It doesn't get all that warm, even on the highest setting. The door to the pellet storage area is quite small. The ash pan is very small and spills ash behind it. The area the removable fire box sits in has no ash cleaning ports, so you must scoop the ash or vacuum out. It started squealing again as I write this. The beeps are very loud on the control panel. Not much good I can say about this stove.

We love our Comfortbilt stove. So much thought went into making a stove that is very easy to clean and get to all of the inner workings. The digital screen monitors what your stove is doing and let’s you make adjustments to keep your home very cozy. The extra large hopper is so convenient! The most important thing of all however, is their customer service!! They are so helpful and ready to answer any questions you have. We highly recommend Comfortbilt stoves!

We were one of only two unfortunate customers of Comfortbilt that experienced a fire in the pellet storage bin of our stove in 2021. It took place during the middle of the night in a 20-30 year ice storm in the PNW. It was a terrible event that my family and I will never forget. At first glance, a person would expect that we would never want another Comfortbilt Stove in our house. However, nothing could be further from the truth. I contacted their customer service department the following day with ease, one simple phone call and they have taken care of us like a mother does her new born baby. They replaced our stove without question, shipping, the whole nine yards. Their Customer Service and Technical Departments are second to none, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, a true breath of fresh air. I believe in the quality of their products and they stand by them with honor and pride. Combine this amazing support, product quality and the affordability, I wouldn't buy anything but Comfortbilt. Good product. Performs as advertised. Good heat, low maintenance, attractive, efficient. Terrible owner's manual, but YouTube videos helped me understand the product better. Also, it periodically shuts down (once a week or so) with a "Low Temperature" warning, but if I turn off the power and then turn it back on it works fine.
