ComfortBilt HP22-N Pellet Stove Black Reviews

4.8 Rating 27 Reviews
This stove has so far lived up to expectations (I've had it a couple of months now). It was easy to install and fired up immediately. I load pellets up once a day and clean out the ashes once a week. Basically it just runs, flawlessly, providing nice warmth to my whole basement and much of my upstairs also. During a fairly cold and snowy February my electric bill dropped $20 from the previous month without the stove. It looks great and is everything I hoped for.

I recently received and installed my new ComfortBilt HP22-N and I like my stove very much. I enjoy the 80lb hopper so that I am not running all the time to refill and the heat output is tremendous. Neighbors who have seen the new stove like the appearance and the beautiful view of the fire. This is much nicer than the HP-21 that I had previously. The tech support is superb and there is so much reading material and troubleshooting tips that you can try before contacting tech support. I believe that my ComfortBilt purchase is the best move I have made in a long time inregard to pellet stoves. If anybody is on the line as to whether to purchase or not, it is a no brainer, go for it you will not regret it. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

Originally contacted Glen inquiring about this unit while doing research into a pellet stove to install in my basement. He was very fast to reply to my inquiry and extremely helpful answering questions. After a lot of researching and reading reviews on many different stoves decided to go with the Comfortbilt HP22N. The stove was delivered very fast, with no issues. First impression was it looks great and appears to be quality built, overall finish was nice and no defects. Installed myself with 4” vent pipe and through wall kit. Install was straight forward, although a few differences between the manual and plate on back of stove regarding clearances from the wall. Went with the greater of the 2 and passed WETT inspection in Canada with no issues. Was about 4 weeks later until I actually ran it for the fist time. Stove heats up very quick and puts out a lot of heat. Been running it on level 2 & 3 and it keeps my house nice an warm even when outside temperatures are -5c. There is some noise to the blower but minimal and with a TV running you would not hear it, cannot hear the fan at all from the top of the stairs on the next level. Very easy to operate and to clean. Overall very happy with the purchase, and looking forward to the heat it produces for the winter months to come when temperature start to drop further. Would Highly recommend this stove to anyone looking for a good budget friendly pellet stove.
