“To be perfectly honest, it seems that we have had to order parts quite frequently in our first year of ownership. We truly didn't expect this to happen. Thankfully, the parts have been sent to us under warranty at no cost, but it has been an inconvenience especially when the temperature outside is at or below zero and the last part took 8 days to get here. Our electric bill went from $2.60 to $11 a day for those 8 days.
We do love the pellet stove but are concerned about the reliability moving forward. Your customer support has been very nice.”
