“Well within 3 months it went out from being brand new. So we had to hook up our old stove and with all the other issues we had with our comfortably we have not hooked it back up.”
“The igniter went out of my comfort built HP 61 pellet stove after purchasing it in October of 2025. It didn't even last 5 months before I had to replace it, I ordered the one that was in the back of the instruction manual I have and it was too small. It did not. Ignite did not work so I wound up ordering a different one from another company and that works fine”
“The old one broke the new one works. I think the fact that the owner is turned into the service technician is absolutely terrible. Your warranty stinks if it won’t cover a technician visit. Now I need to pay to get my stove working. Still under warranty
