“When I called customer support, I was told I needed to provide proof of purchase for our pellet stove, which I did. A few days later I received a new igniter in the mail and we installed it. We did a trial run with it, and it worked fine. As our heating season isn't until October or November, we will definitely be using it then. Our order process was smooth with no problems. Actually looking forward to the heating season, that's how much we like our new pellet stove.”

“I would give it a 1. We actually bought 2 stoves. one for downstairs and one upstairs. The one upstairs kept smoking, a lot! We had to get on the phone multiple times and have them change the settings. in the end, we had to hire a painter because of all the smoke damage to our ceilings in our home. It was a joke! It shouldn't take several times of changing settings. it was ridiculous!!! While the guy Jonathan was very helpful, we still had to incur $1500 for a painter. And we still have soot on some walls which we will have to have cleaned professionally.”
