“The igniter was easy to install and has worked as advertised.
The price was right, delivery was quick and instructions spot on.
I couldn't be more pleased.”
“The ignitor works as it should just as the switch I had to replace shortly afterwards on a new stove. Your customer service has been amazing but the quality of some of your materials leaves me a little concerned.”
“I have owned a ComfortBilt for over 6 years now. this is the best investment I have ever made. I cannot express how important it is to get the right pellet stove. With ComfortBilt, there is no question that you will get the best quality no matter which stove you buy. Not only is the stove the best top quality, but the customer service they offer is better than any other company you will deal with. When I have a question, they have an answer. Any time I need a part for my stove, I get it in no time at all.”
“We purchased our new HP22 in the fall of 2021 and it has operated better that we expected. We live in Nome, Alaska , 102 miles south of the Arctic Circle and 161 miles east of Russia.
Our climate requires a pellet stove that can operated continuously or in Eco model daily for a period of six or more months, The stove starts quickly and gives off much more heat that we expected. Service has been great and we have no regrets about our purchase.”
