“The igniter and the service/advice was excellent. The flaws that i mentioned in my review of the stove, didn't get a response at all, which is too bad. Being able to make a better product without to make expensive changes can enhance a business, whereas ignoring customers usually doesn't work out.”

“Igniter failed because Stove was on Eco mode. Over worked the igniter. Called parts Dept and they send a new one overnight. Best costumer service I’ve ever had. I was told they are upgrading unit.”
