“I needed a new igniter and the customer service was awesome. The technician new exactly what I needed and also gave me some tips on how to ensure the new igniter stayed secured in its position when installed. I had my new igniter in less than two days. Great service!”
“It works but has a short lifespan. The igniter died after four months of use which equated to roughly 1130 ignites. Luckily it was covered under warranty. This part should have a much longer life expectancy.”
“My wife and I have been with Comfortbilt for just under a year now and we couldn’t be more happier with our HP-21 pellet stove and for customer service, after about 6 weeks of use our igniter stopped working I emailed customer service and without hesitation they mailed one right out to us. Now that’s great customer service. I showed my neighbors and friends and they liked the looks and 1 couple said they were going to order one. The delivery was ok the two drivers did not have the tools to remove the stove from the pallet which I had a socket set but know this unit is extremely heavy and I had to help them carry it in which was unsafe and I blame the delivery company for not supplying their employees with the proper back strap carrying harness which would have made it easy on everybody.

“This was a warranty igniter as the first one did not last a year. Comfortbilt replaced no problem. It appears to me the igniter stays on a long period after flame is going which would seem to shorten the life of the igniter. Also replacing is a little difficult to reach and install with only room for one hand and get igniter centered in the tube.”
