“My stove went dead and I got in touch with Jonathan. He gave me clear and concise directions on troubleshooting the issue which turned out to be the power switch. Once confirmed I was absolutely AMAZED to have the replacement part the next day! Excellence all the way around and it was a pleasure to deal with Jonathan. He's an awesome part of your team!
